Terms of Service

1. Service

Obrempong Collection offers a private sourcing service for rare and hard-to-find sneakers. The website displays a curated showroom and a request channel; it is not an automated e-commerce platform.

2. Requests and pricing

All sourcing requests are subject to availability. Prices are quoted on a per-request basis and confirmed in writing (email or WhatsApp) before any payment.

3. Authentication

Every pair is inspected and authenticated before delivery. If authentication fails, the order is cancelled and any prepayment refunded in full.

4. Payment

Payment terms are agreed on a per-order basis. Funds are due before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Shipping & risk

Shipments are tracked and insured. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery confirmation by the carrier.

6. Returns

Because each item is sourced on demand, returns are accepted only for items that do not match the agreed specification or fail authentication.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Obrempong Collection is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Italian courts.
